Reporting 2015 Coverage of "MV-lite" Plans

Some employers have used "lite" plans that offer very limited hospital and doctor benefits, yet technically satisfy the "minimum value" calculations of the government's online calculator.

These plans have been effectively barred for future years. But how does an employer now using an "MV-lite" plan meet the reporting obligations for this year? Attorney Alden Bianchi explains.
