About the Workshop

Preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive has become one of the most significant priorities facing Total Rewards and Compensation leaders. As Member States continue to finalise national legislation, organisations must make important decisions amid ongoing uncertainty.

To help organisations navigate what comes next, Trusaic's European workshop series arrives in Finland on Wedensday, 7 October for a complimentary, full-day interactive workshop designed for senior Total Rewards and Compensation leaders responsible for EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness. The day combines expert-led education, facilitated peer discussions, and dedicated networking with organisations facing the same challenges.

There is no single playbook for implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Is there a cost to attend?

No. Registration is complimentary, and there is no participation fee to attend the workshop.

Refreshments and any meals noted on the agenda are included. Attendees are responsible only for their own travel, accommodation (if required), and any personal expenses outside of what is provided during the event.

Do I need to attend the full workshop?
No. While we encourage attendees to participate in the full experience, we understand schedules change. You're welcome to join for the portions of the workshop that fit your availability.
Will workshop materials be shared afterward?
Where appropriate, we'll share select workshop materials following the event. To encourage open and candid conversations, peer discussions are confidential and are not recorded or distributed.
What if I need to cancel or I'm on the waitlist?

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing events@trusaic.com so we can offer your place to another attendee.

If a workshop is full, you'll be added to our waitlist. Should a space become available, we'll notify you immediately by email and send your confirmation and calendar invitation.
