The Daily Meditation
This podcast is led by meditation coach Mary Meckley and provides a whole list of offerings for anything and everything involving the mind. There are meditation podcast episodes on empowerment, de-cluttering, self-care, deep breathing, and many more. This podcast is great for employees who may have external factors bringing them unnecessary (or valid) stress.

Calm.com is excellent for timed meditations. There are various types of relaxing sounds offered, along with a timer for meditations.
