The is giving extra to farmers and fishermen who missed this year’s March 2 deadline because they were sent incorrect 1095-A from the federal . They have until April 15 to file their 2014 and pay any due, with no penalty for late filing.
Farmers and fishermen requesting the extra and penalty waiver must submit Form 2210-F with their return electronically or on paper. The taxpayer’s name and identifying number should be entered at the top the form, the waiver box ( I, Box A) should be checked, and the rest the form should be left blank.
The CMS announced in late February that about 800,000 people who purchased were sent 1095-A with incorrect information about the amount subsidy or they would receive.
